Cockapoos have been our favorite small breed
for over 30 years. We are one of the first breeders of the true
Cockapoo. The true Cockapoo boasts good health & longevity, living
15-20 years. This shaggy little dog should be small to medium in
size. They are intelligent, non-aggressive, playful, gentle, devoted
companions. The Cockapoo comes in all colors, having long wavy to
loose curl to their coat. They are non-shedding, but do require

We breed only the 1st
generation (Pure F Cocker x Pure M Poodle), in order to guarantee the proper
genetics which make up this marvelous breed. Breeding 2nd generation
(Cockapoo x Cockapoo) also keeps the proper genetic balance, but does
not always produce the desired results. Today some breeders will breed
a Toy Poodle to a Cockapoo trying to create a smaller breed. However, this
results in a three-quarter Poodle and no longer represents the true Cockapoo.

| Over 40 years ago,
the Cockapoos got their start as a cross-breed, being bred by the Amish in PA
to supply pet shops. At that time no one recognized the true qualities of
these little pups except for the fact that they were so darn cute.
Thanks to the few breeders that recognized the wonderful qualities of this
